How much does it cost?

Our e-commerce website package costs £650. If additional pages, scripting or content is required, there will be additional charges.

Additional products can be added to the cart by us by arrangement; clients can also add products themselves at any time.

After a year, package renewals to include web hosting, domain name and monthly maintenance can be arranged at very competitive rates.

Detailed breakdown

Website

Up to five webpages, usually consisting of a main introduction page, an about us page, a contact page with enquiry/feedback form and several product/information pages, but defined by the client
Up to 500 words of text per main website page as supplied by the client
Manipulation of up to 15 still images or photographs for main website (max 4 per page) as supplied by the client
Manipulation of up to 30 product photographs for shopping cart
Supply and configuration of a secure form to email script if required
Creation or supply of standard web images (site title image if required, navigation buttons and so on)
Coded in standards compliant XHTML and CSS ensuring the highest possible level of accessibility and search engine friendliness. Basic PHP and JavaScript coding also included.

E-Commerce Facilities

The e-commerce package includes a full online store/shopping cart facility for you to sell your products through.
We will edit of up to 30 product photographs to use with your shopping cart
Basic training on using the cart is provided at sign-off, though we are happy to add additional products and maintain the cart as part of your maintenance contract or at an additional cost if required.
The package also includes an SSL (https://) certificate, providing your customers with reassurance about buying online from you.

Website Maintenance

Included in the package is a maintenance contract which covers up to two hours of work on your website each month. This can be for content updates, adding products to your cart (max 10 per month by us), basic code rewrites, search engine optimisation or style changes, basically anything that is included in keeping your e-commerce website up to date.

Web Hosting and Email

One year of professional web hosting with 1000MB of web space on our high quality servers located in London
50 email mailboxes and unlimited email aliases (receive email to any name @your domain)

Domain Registration

We will register a suitable domain for you to use with your new website. This can be a .com, .net, .org, .biz or .info name for one year or a .co.uk, .org.uk or .me.uk domain for two years. When you sign up for the package, we will help you determine a suitable domain name.

Search Engine Optimisation and Submission

All of our websites are created with standards compliance and accessibility in mind, meaning they are search engine friendly from the outset
We will perform basic search engine optimisation on your new website, including keyword definition and placement and content optimisation.
Upon the launch of the website, we will submit your site to the major free search engines including Google and MSN. Your site will also be linked to from our portfolio, giving search engines an extra doorway to your site.
